Seafood Guisado

Mexican stew, combination of shrimp, scallops and whitefish sautéed in a lightly spicy sauce with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. Topped with melted cheese. Garnished with a green onion, avocado slices, and a jalapeño pepper. Served with your choice of flour or corn tortillas.
